We want you to be 100% satisfied with any online order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for whatever reason you may contact us, with your order number and the reason that you want to complete the return. We will follow up with you as quickly as possible.
Goods can be returned for a full refund plus shipping if faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods.
We are not liable for the original shipping if they have incurred a delivery charge, and return delivery is at the customer's expense.
All returns must be organised within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. When it arrives back to us, we should be able to sell it again as new.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Faulty goods returned for inspection must be returned clean, unhygienic goods will not be processed, so please clean faulty goods if returning them.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 7 Foxes Bow, Limerick, V94 X258, Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
